Possible Cause
- Clogged lint filter
- Clogged condensate drain or drain hose
Long dry cycle times and fault codes 352 and/or 353 may be present. If fault codes 352 and/or 353 are still present after cleaning the lint filter assembly, the condensate drain hose may be clogged. Follow the repair steps listed below.

- Clean the lint filter assembly according to Training Bulletin PTLC24014.
- Clean BOTH sides of the mesh filter with a soft bristle brush and warm water.
- If the filter is unable to be cleaned completely, replace the lint filter.
- Rinse out the foam filter.
- Reinstall the filter.
- Run Service Mode Test 15: (HP System Test) to verify fan power is more than 100 watts.
- Clean BOTH sides of the mesh filter with a soft bristle brush and warm water.
- If long dry cycle times, wet loads at end of cycles, or Fault Codes 352 and/or 353 persist after thoroughly cleaning or replacing the lint filter assembly:
- Verify the condensate drain hose is clogged per condensate drain test.
- Install Condensate Drain Tube Routing Retrofit Kit, part number WG04F13229.
